Andrew Sells retires having led Natural England for longer than any other chair. His background from Linden Homes and other organisations ensured that he was able to drive change through the organisation. We have certainly witnessed the change of approach in the last five years to an organisation that listens more and seeks to secure shared outcomes that benefit both people and nature.
