Aspect Ecology helps to secure planning permission for new homes in Chipping Norton

Aspect Ecology has been advising Gleeson Land on ecological matters at a site in Chipping Norton, West Oxfordshire. Following Aspect Ecology’s recommendation to carry out ecological survey work well in advance, a complete suite of survey information informed the application. This forward-thinking positively contributed to the site subsequently becoming one of the quickest to go through planning in Gleeson Land’s history.

Moreover, following Aspect Ecology’s input to the project design process, the site will achieve in excess of 10% biodiversity net gain alongside delivering 104 homes and a significant economic boost to the local area.
