We are delighted to have been involved in the old Ministry of Defence School of Languages site at Wilton Park in Beaconsfield which received a resolution to grant on 5th June 2019. Aspect Ecology’s advice on the scheme led to successful plans being drawn up which avoided potential effects arising in respect of recreation and air quality on Burnham Beeches SAC. Our Shadow Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) which included an Appropriate Assessment (AA) was fully adopted by the Council prior to the planning committee.

We will now be assisting the developer with the discharge of planning conditions and implementing safeguards for other ecological receptors present at the site such as ancient woodland, veteran trees and the protected species bats and great crested newts.
