We are delighted in 2021 to be celebrating 15 years in business. Aspect Ecology was founded in January 2006 with just four of us, Alistair Baxter, Sandy Walmsley, Dr Dan Simpson and Dr Colin Lee. Since this time the business has changed substantially with steady growth seen across our 15 years to, in 2021, where we have more than 50 in our full time team, alongside our 10 – 20 strong field teams during the active survey season. Over the last decade and a half we have been fortunate enough to have worked on a diverse range of projects, such as large scale residential schemes, airport expansion schemes, highway schemes, coastal redevelopment projects, petro-chemical storage schemes, renewable projects in the form of solar, wind and biomass, mineral extraction and restoration schemes, large scale retail, industrial, distribution and employment schemes and, very relevant at this time, numerous healthcare projects. In fact we have completed over 5000 projects in the last 15 years and we offer our grateful thanks to our clients for their continued business and our fabulous team for their continual pursuit of excellence in project delivery. We are looking forward to the next 15 years!
