Further success at appeal.
Following evidence presented by Alistair Baxter (Ecology Director) as an expert witness, permission has been granted by the Planning Inspectorate for development in Eastleigh located adjacent to an ancient woodland.
This involves development of existing rear gardens with particular attention paid to the interface of the woodland with the new gardens. Due to the location of the development, it was not possible to incorporate a standard 15 metre buffer to the woodland and instead a bespoke scheme for the boundary treatment was developed by Aspect Ecology to safeguard woodland interests.
